Descripción general

TXNDC17 (thioredoxin domain containing 17) belongs to the thioredoxin family and works as a 14kDa disulfide reductase. It participates in TNF (tumor necrosis factor) signaling pathway. It is a cytosolic protein and is widely expressed. The gene is mapped to human chromosome 17p13.
