Acciones bioquímicas o fisiológicas

Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal esterase L3 (UCH-L3) is mainly involved in the regulation of central nervous system. It separates ubiquitin (Ub) from Ub precursors or protein substrates. UCH-L3 hydrolyzes C-terminal extension of mutant ubiquitin.
