Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

Paraneoplastic Ma antigen family-like 1 (PNMAL1) interacts with Par-6B (partitioning defective-6 homolog) and Par-6C proteins which are regulators of cell polarity. PNMAL1 may be a potential biomarker in human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
