Application

Monoclonal Anti-DNA Ligase I antibody produced in mouse is suitable for direct ELISA and western blot at a working concentration of 1-5μg/mL using HeLa or DiFi cells.

Physical form

Solution in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 0.08% sodium azide.
