General description

El diacetato de 2′,7′-diclorodihidrofluoresceína (DCFH-DA) es un colorante fluorescente sensible a la oxidación utilizado para detectar el nivel de especies reactivas de oxígeno (ROS) intracelulares. El DCFH-DA es una sonda no fluorescente permeable a células, que puede ser hidrolizada por esterasas intracelulares a DCFH, que forma DCF fluorescente cuando es oxidada por las ROS intracelulares.[1]
La longitud de onda de excitación es de 504 nm y la longitud de onda de emisión es de 529 nm en etanol. No se ha determinado el uso del DMSO como disolvente, aunque en varias publicaciones se sugiere que es adecuado.

Application

El diacetato de 2′,7′-diclorofluoresceína es adecuado para utilizar en:
  • cuantificación sensible y rápida de especies de oxígeno reactivo en respuesta al metabolismo oxidativo[2][1][3]
  • el análisis de microplacas para la detección de productos oxidativos en células fagocíticas
  • el análisis cuantitativo de diferenciación mieloide en multipocillos
