Application

Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:50 dilution from a representative lot detected Amyloid-like protein 2 in human kidney and human cerebral cortex tissue.

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blotting in SH-SY5Y cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected Amyloid-like protein 2 in 10 µg of SH-SY5Y cell lysate.

Physical properties

~87 kDa observed. Uncharacterized band(s) may appear in some lysates.
