Application

Methylamine may be used to introduce N-methyl groups into the polymer backbone during the synthesis of Si-methyl- and N-methyl-containing polyborosilazane ([B(C2H4SiCH3NCH3)3]n) from tris(dichloromethylsilylethyl)borane.
