Also used for calibration, recovery studies, and accurate particle counts for reference standards according to United States Pharmacopeia (USP) general chapters:
  • 〈1788.1〉 Light obscuration method for the determination of subvisible particulate matter
  • 〈1788.3〉 Flow imaging method for the determination of subvisible particulate matter
  • 〈1788〉 Methods for the determination of subvisible particulate matter
Additionally, used in a method system suitability evaluation for microscope preparation and for comparative counts between the trainer and the operators.
