Chicken polyclonal anti-HADHSC antibody reacts with mouse, rat, human L-3-hydroxyacyl-Coenzyme A dehydrogenase, short chain, EC 1.1.1.35, enzymes.
L-3-hydroxyacyl-Coenzyme A dehydrogenase, short chain (EC 1.1.1.35) is an enzyme that plays an essential role in the mitochondrial β-oxidation of short chain fatty acids. It exerts it highest activity toward 3-hydroxybutyryl-CoA.
Recombinant L-3-hydroxyacyl-Coenzyme A dehydrogenase, short chain
Application
Chicken polyclonal anti-HADHSC antibody is used to tag medium and short chain L-3-hydroxyacyl-coenzyme A dehydrogenase, EC 1.1.1.35, for detection and quantitation by immunocytochemical and immunohistochemical (IHC) techniques. It is used as a probe to determine the presence and roles of medium and short chain L-3-hydroxyacyl-coenzyme A dehydrogenase in mitochondrial β-oxidation of short chain fatty acids.
Physical form
Solution in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide.
