General description

Oxfendazole is a benzimidazole anthelmintic drug, effective against cysticercosis, echinococcosis and fasciolosis.
Oxfendazole is a member of benzimidazole group of anthelmintics.

Application

Oxfendazole may be used as a reference standard in the determination of oxfendazole in pharmaceutical preparations using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC).
Oxfendazole may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in bovine liver by liquid chromatography method.
