Application
6-Aminoquinoline was used as an internal standard in determining serum nicotine and cotinine simultaneously by using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-fluorometric detection with a postcolumn ultraviolet-photoirradiation system[1]. It was also used as a fluorescent derivatizing agent for the detection of biochemicals[2][3] and in the synthesis of tertiary N-methylated enaminonesa[4].
