Reconstitution
Directions:
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile distilled water and mix well to dissolve. Avoid frothing of the solution. Aseptically add the contents to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) Columbia Blood Agar Base, Blood Agar Base, Brucella Agar Base or Preston Broth. Mix gently and pour into sterile petri plates or tubes.
