General description

Trioctyl trimellitate (TOTM) is a flammable plasticizer used to improve the flexibility and durability of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC).

Application

TOTM can plasticize PVC to form a nanocomposite with multi-walled carbon nanotube which can be potentially used for anti-static applications.
