Biochem/physiol Actions

955 CDK9 PROTAC is a cell penetrant conjugate of the CDK9 inhibitor SNS-032 with new recruiter of the E3 ligase KEAP1 piperlongumine that potently degrades CDK9 in MOLT4 cells. Similarly, to THAL-SNS-032, 955 induces CDK10 degradation. 955 exhibits potent antiproliferative activity in several prostate cancer cell lines including LNCaP, 22RV1, PC3 and DU145 cells.
