General description

Anti-Integrin β1 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total Integrin β1 protein.
Integrinβ1 is a mechanosensor, that is located on human chromosome 10p11.22. It is present in normal cells and tumor-associated cells.

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human Integrin beta1.

Immunogen Range: 749-798

Application

Anti-integrin β1, C-terminal antibody has been used in immunophenotyping of separated cells.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Integrin β1 acts as an adhesive molecule in the development of de novo focal contact, keratinocyte migration and re-epithelialization of wound tissue.

Features and Benefits

Evaluate our antibodies with complete peace of mind. If the antibody does not perform in your application, we will issue a full credit or replacement antibody. Learn more.
