General description

4,5-Diaminofluorescein diacetate (DAF-2 DA) solution is a membrane-permeable fluorescent probe, which measures nitric oxide (NO) in living cells. It is used to study the synthesis of NO in bovine aortic endothelial cells (BAECs). DAF-2 DA imaging shows that ciliated epithelial cells produces high amount of NO than non-epithelial inflammatory cells.

Application

Cell-permeable fluorescent detector of nitric oxide in living cells.
