General description

Peptone from soybean is a papaic soy hydrolysate, multi-step purified with low molecular weight. It is widely used in the lactic acid bacteria fermentation industry. It is a fine beige powder easily soluble in water. It is manufactured with raw materials from vegetal origin only (non-GMO).It′s natural nitrogen content combined with naturally occurring vitamins as well as a high concentration of carbohydrates makes this peptone suitable for cultivating fastidious microorganisms.

Application

Peptone from soybean is used in the preparation of microbiological culture media. Owing to its rich nutrient source, it is ideal for facilitating growth of a variety of microorganisms including fastidious bacteria or fungi.
