生化/生理作用

Sparstolonin B(SsnB)是一种从黑三棱和荆三棱中分离得到的异香豆素,是一种有效的TLR2和TLR4拮抗剂,具有抗炎和抗病毒(抗HIV)特性。Sparstolonin B在3T3- L1脂肪细胞中可抑制LPS诱导的炎症,并降低高脂饮食喂养的大鼠体重。Sparstolonin B可减轻小鼠模型中非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的炎症。
Sparstolonin B(SsnB)是一种多酚。它具有类似于氧杂蒽酮和异香豆素的结构特征。 SsnB对小鼠和人类巨噬细胞具有抗炎效果。 SsnB可通过阻断细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶(ERK1/2)和c-jun N端激酶(JNK)信号通路而显著降低缺氧-再氧合诱导的心肌炎。因此,SsnB可作为治疗心肌缺血再灌注(MIR)损伤的一种有效疗法。
