生化/生理作用

BRACO19 是一种端粒酶抑制剂,可稳定 G-四链体,靶向端粒 G-四链体,诱导 DNA 损伤和细胞周期阻滞。
端粒酶与肿瘤进展相关,在编号肿瘤中高表达。已知 BRACO19 可阻止端粒酶的封端和催化操作,因此,可作为癌症治疗的有效治疗方法。BRACO19 确立了对 HIV(人类免疫缺陷病毒)的抗病毒活性。
