4,5-Di-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸(4,5-COQ)是一种优异的抗氧化剂、抗炎剂、抗菌剂、抗真菌剂和细胞保护剂。此外,它还表现出神经保护和抗淀粉样变等特性,并能够抑制 42-聚淀粉样β-蛋白(Aβ42)。4,5-COQ 具有抗人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)活性,因其能有效抑制 HIV-1 逆转录酶。
