CXCL13 (C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 13 ) contributes to the process of tumorigenesis in breast cancer, neuronal cancer and prostatic cancer. CXCL13 serves as an important marker for Lyme neuroborreliosis. CXCL13 mediates B-cell migration,survival, and maturation. CXCL13 is a ligand for CXCR5 and possesses immune function such as antibody production.
