原則
在本试验中,PLD 将磷脂酰胆碱水解为胆碱,使用胆碱氧化酶进行测定,得到比色 (570 nm)/荧光(λex = 530/λem = 585 nm)乘积,与样品中 PLD 活性成正比。单位定义:在试验条件下 (pH 7.4),1 个单位的 PLD 每分钟催化 1 mmol 胆碱的形成。
