Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma-associated antigen 5 has been identified as a tumor antigen, which is overexpressed in various cancer cell lines. It also acts as an immunogenic antigen in meningioma patients. It is frequent in both meningioma and glioma patients. The protein may likely be attributed to overexpression in the tumor cells.
