From DBA/2 mouse tumour treated with methylcholanthrene. Used as target cell for cytotoxic T-cell assays. Cells exhibit no effector activity in antibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxic system. Growth not inhibited by dextran sulphate, LPS or PPD.
