應用

COV434 has been used to study:

• the effect of 17β-estradiol on granulosa cell tumor growth, migration and invasion
• if mutant p53 (inactivatible R248Q hotspot mutation) works as a cancer-specific drug target
• the expression of TLR (toll-like receptor) and its function in the cell line

培養基

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

例行更新培養

Split confluent cultures 1:2 to 1:5 i.e. seeding at 2-4x10,000 cells/cm² using trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
