一般說明

抗生素抗霉菌溶液配制为每毫升包含 10,000 单位的青霉素,10 mg 链霉素和 25μg 两性霉素 B,并溶于专门的柠檬酸盐缓冲液中。细胞培养使用浓度推荐为 10mL/L。抗生素抗霉菌溶液常用于阻止细胞培养基中有害微生物(包括细菌和真菌)的生长。

應用

抗生素抗霉菌溶液已用于:
  • 作为不同类型细胞培养基的补充剂。
  • 作为无菌磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)的成分用于防止实验中分离培养的牙周膜成纤维细胞(PDLF)组织受到污染。
  • 作为保存溶液的成分,用于保存实验研究用气管片段(tracheal segment)。

生化/生理作用

作用机制: 青霉素通过抑制细菌细胞壁合成发挥作用。链霉素通过阻止从起始复合物向链延长的核糖体的转变来抑制原核生物蛋白质的合成,并导致错编。 两性霉素 B 通过在膜上形成通道并导致小分子泄漏从而干扰真菌膜的通透性。

抗菌谱:包括革兰氏阴性菌、革兰氏阳性菌、真菌和酵母菌。
