Reagent-cartridge Boc deprotection 0.5 mmol is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the deprotection of N-Boc amines. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents to remove the Boc protecting group from the user selected substrate.

Scale: up to 0.5 mmol
Compatible substrates: N-Boc amine

Cartridge contents:
  • pTsOH.H2O
  • Silica supported triethylamine (for purification)
