一般說明
普鲁兰多糖时一种线性葡聚糖多糖，由 α-1,4-麦芽三糖重复单元组成。它由类似酵母菌的真菌 黑酵母菌 产生，该真菌来源于淀粉，且两个麦芽糖单元由 α-1,6键连接。
應用
这套分析标准品也可用于以下实验：
- 在使用高效体积排除色谱法（HPSEC）估测海藻— S. latissima 和 M. stellatus中多糖部分的分子量时，用于校准聚合物基色谱柱
- 通过体积排除色谱结合多角度激光散射（MALLS）检测器测量低聚纤维素的分子质量
- 在测量微藻中糖原的分子量分布时校准SEC色谱柱
- 用凝胶渗透色谱（GPC）定量分析海藻盐–壳聚糖微胶囊的成膜过程。
成分
套件包含精心选择的参考物质，用于校准GPC/SEC/GFC系统。该试剂盒含标准品（相同类型但摩尔质量不同）、每个标准品的分析证书（CoA）和带有分析条件的校准曲线示例。
使用前需称量标准品。适用于在水溶液和DMSO中进行校准。
