一般說明

應用

  • 分析物:GM-CSF、IFNγ、IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-1Ra、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8(CXCL8)、IL-10、IL-12、IL-18、TNF-α
  • 推荐的样品类型:血清、血浆或细胞/组织培养上清液或裂解液
  • 推荐的样品稀释度:每孔25 μL未稀释的血清或血浆;细胞/组织培养样品可能需要在适当的对照培养基中稀释。
  • 注意:对于脂质含量极高的样品,可能需要额外离心并注意。
  • 分析运行时间:在2-8℃下过夜(16-18小时)。
