General description

Lactophenol blue solution - for staining fungi is a ready-to-use staining solution for fungi staining in bacteriology with samples of human origin. The material is stained in one step with Lactophenol blue solution. Fungi appear blue. This ready-to-use solution is especially for air-dried, heat-fixed smears of bacteriological material, e.g. sputum, FNAB, lavages, imprints, body fluids, puss, and exudates, liquid and solid cultures.The staining solution is sufficient for up to 100 preparations per bottle. It is developed and registered as CE / IVD product for applications in diagnostics. For more details, please see instructions for use (IFU). The IFU can be downloaded from this webpage.
