General description
Creatinine is synthesized in the body at a fairly constant rate from creatine. In healthy individuals, creatinine secretion is independent of diet and is fairly constant. The creatinine clearance test has become one of the most sensitive tests for measuring glomerular filtration rate. The Protein/Creatinine Ratio stands out as the simplest and most convenient test for detecting proteinuria/microalbuminuria.
Application
- Measuring Glomerular Filtration Rate
- Renal Metabolism Research
Features and Benefits
- Enhanced Sensitivity and Accuracy: Detect protein levels ranging from 1 to 20 mg/dL and creatinine levels ranging from 1 to 150 mg/dL in a linear fashion within a 96-well plate, providing precise results.
- Efficient and Rapid: Experience a streamlined process with no sample pre-treatment required, enabling a straightforward add-incubate-read procedure that takes just 10 minutes to complete, saving valuable time.
- Compatibility with High-Throughput Systems: Easily integrate our kit into high-throughput handling systems, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining efficiency and accuracy in your laboratory workflow.
