Single-use culture tubes are convenience packed.

Application

Pyrex® disposable culture tubes, rimless have been used in:

  • air oxidation of 1-palmitoyl-2-arachidonyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (PAPC) and oxidized phospholipid quantification extraction from plasma
  • vacuole lipid extraction and measurement of vacuole lipid and protein levels
