General description

Acetochlor ESA sodium salt is a metabolite of the herbicide, acetochlor used for the preemergence control of annual grasses and broad-leaved weeds in corn, soybeans and other crops.

Application

Acetochlor ESA may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in water samples using liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC-MS).
