General description

Even when fully loaded, tubes are completely immersed while tops rest above the rack, floating in a beaker of water. Perfect for use in benchtop incubation. The rack is easily unloaded by lightly pressing it down against the bench until the legs touch, releasing the tubes. Molded of steam autoclavable polypropylene, the racks fit 400 mL or 1000 mL beakers. 1.5 mL microtubes will fit the 10.8 mm holes and 0.5 mL tubes fit the 7.7 mm holes. Racks are 6.4 mm (¼ in.) thick with 19 mm (¾ in.) long legs and a center handle.

Compatibility

Fits inside 1,000 mL beaker.
Made especially for use in beakers. Will hold specified number of 1.5 mL tubes (10 mm diameter holes).
