Bovine serum is a component extracted from bovine blood. It serves as a nutrient supplement in various in vitro cell cultures. It is also used in the culture of cumulus-oocyte complexes. Anti-bovine serum antibody can be used in differential staining to estimate inner cell mass and trophectoderm cell count. Rabbit anti- bovine serum antibody reacts specifically with normal bovine serum.
Immunogen
Pooled normal bovine serum.
Application
Anti-Bovine Serum antibody produced in rabbit has been used as a supplement in Dulbecco′s modified eagle medium for culturing inner cell mass (ICM) and cohesive trophectoderm (TE).
Anti-bovine serum antibody (10% (v/v) in Hepes-SOF) has been used in immunosurgery and immunoelectrophoresis.

This study describes the generation and analysis of the transcriptional profile of bovine inner cell mass (ICM) and trophectoderm (TE), obtained from in vivo developed embryos by using a bovine-embryo specific array (EmbryoGENE) containing 37,238 probes. A total of 4,689

How histone modifications regulate changes in gene expression during preimplantation development in any species remains poorly understood. Using CUT&Tag to overcome limiting amounts of biological material, we profiled two activating (H3K4me3 and H3K27ac) and two repressive (H3K9me3 and H3K27me3) marks

Fetal bovine serum (FBS) has been widely used in the culture of cumulus-oocyte complexes, since it is believed that FBS stabilizes the expanding cumulus extracellular matrix. In this study, we have identified a factor in FBS that is responsible for
