Mixture A is prepared by adding 5ml of the Epoxy Embedding Medium with 8 ml of DDSA. Mix well for at least 20 minutes. Mixture B is prepared by adding 8ml of Epoxy Embedding Medium with 7ml of NMA. Immediately before use mix 13 ml of Mixture A with 15 ml of Mixture B. Carefully add 16 drops of DPM-30 (1.5% to 2.0%). The DPM-30 (accelerator) should be added carefully since the block can become discolored if not measured properly and the block may be too brittle for satisfactory sectioning.

General description
Application
- to study the role of NDRG2, an essential colonic epithelial barrier regulator, in gut homeostasis maintenance and colitis-associated tumor development
- to study the interaction of polymer scaffold nanofibers with growing cells
- to study the morphological characterization of postembryonic development of blood–spleen barrier in ducks
- to understand the role of NOD1/NOD2 receptors in Fusobacterium nucleatum-mediated neutrophil extracellular traps
Features and Benefits
- Excellent medium for embedding a wide variety of tissues, including both plant and animal.
- Facilitates rapid embedding (less than 3 hours).
- Low viscosity facilitates rapid tissue penetration.
- Desirable hardness is easy to obtain to suit a specific tissue type.

Should I first prepare Mixture A: and separately Mixture B: and then use these mixtures to infiltrate the tissue in ratios 1:1 and 1:2, or should I mix all four components together at once and then perform the infiltration? I am not clear about this step
