General description

Proteomix columns are packed with poly(styrene divinylbenzene) particles that are shielded by a hydrophilic polymer layer that contains a network of weak (WAX) or strong (SAX) anion exchange groups. Use Proteomix anion-exchange columns for the analyis or small scale purification of negatively charged biopolymers, such as glycoprotein isoforms, pegylated proteins and oligonucleotides.
