How long are aliquots of a 1 M solution in DPBS or water at °70°C stable?
1 answer-
Solution stability studies at 70°C have not been performed on this product. Neutral aqueous solutions are fairly stable and may be autoclaved at 120 °C for up to 20 minutes. Solutions at an alkaline pH will be hydrolyzed to nicotinic acid. Nicotinamide is a component of several vitamin solutions used in cell culture (listed as niacinamide). These products are stored at -20°C, but are typically added to culture medium at 37°C.
