General description

Ascentis® Express ES-C18 is a non-endcapped C18 stationary phase based on the proven Fused-Core® particle design. This particle design exhibits very high column efficiency due to the shallow diffusion paths in the 0.5 µm thick, porous shell and the small overall particle size of 2.0 µm. The sterically protected ligand reduces acidic hydrolysis which enables low pH mobile phases to be used. In addition to providing improved stability with low pH mobile phases,, Ascentis® Express ES-C18 is applicable to a wide range of small molecule applications.

Analysis Note

The target analytes include small molecules including (but not limited to) polyphenols, cannabinoids, and pesticides.
