Merkel cell carcinoma cell line. Cell Bank Australia reference number: CBA1340.
Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 (with 2 mM L-Glutamine + 25 mM HEPES) + 15% FCS/FBS
Subculture Routine
Optimal split ratio 1:8 (seeding density 104 cells/cm2).Cells incubated at 37 °C with 5% CO2.Harvest the cells using 0.05% Trypsin/EDTA at 37 °C for 5 min.
