General description

Device configuration: single Unit Sampling
NovaSeptum® GO Conical Tube Sampling Unit, Manifold (5-valve) with Dip Tube and Inlet C-Flex® Tubing are small volume sampling containers that fit our established NovaSeptum® GO sampling system. These sampling containers are available in two sizes: 15 mL polystyrene tubes ideal for endotoxin testing, and 50 mL polypropylene tubes for bioburden and other physico-chemical tests. These conical tubes provide flexibility to manufacturers for sampling at any point in the production process eliminating the need to aliquot.

For those samples that need to be transferred between containers, the standard dip tube reaches to the bottom of the tube enabling easy aseptic transfer while minimizing product loss and foaming. When used in a single-use manufacturing process, a weldable option with C-Flex® tubing is available.

The NovaSeptum® GO Conical Tube Sampling Unit offers you flexibility while minimizing the risk of both product and process contamination.

Application

Sterility testing, pyrogenic testing, endotoxin testing, chemical analysis, pH analysis, fermentation applications or any other routine lab testing
supported liquid extraction
