Sodium dihydrogen phosphate anhydrous iscommonly used in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) as a bufferingagent to control the pH of the mobile phase.

Application

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate anhydrous can be used as an a buffering agent:
  • For the mobile phase in RP-HPLC for the simultaneous determination of pyridoxine hydrochloride and meclizine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical formulations.
  • In the heparin hydrolysis.
