The solubility for the product is not analyzed on a lot to lot basis. However, it has been cited that solution were prepared by dissolving lysenin (1 mg/ml in 2% BSA-PBS) or 50 μg of lysenin in 50 μl of 10 mM HEPES/KOH (pH 7.0) containing 30 mM KCl and 50% Glycerol.
