This product has been tested successfully at 2 µL, 5µL, and 7 µL., however for general use, a starting volume of 5 µL is recommended. Dilute 5 µL volume of D0428 with 25 µL of gel loading buffer. Product G2526 is used for testing purposes. For best results, a 0.75% gel is recommended.
