Description

General description

Conduct high-speed centrifugation of aggressive chemicals using Nalgene^® Oak Ridge High-Speed Centrifuge Tubes made with PTFE^® fluoropolymer and Closure made with Tefzel^®, specifically suited for chloroform and phenol extractions.

Features and Benefits

• temperature range -100° to +150°C (-148° to +302°F).
• Leakproof† closures prevent material loss under ordinary use for most spins <10,000 × g.
• When equipped with a Nalgene^® sealing cap assemblies30mL and 50mL tubes can be spun up to 50,000 x g.
• Must be filled to at least 100% total capacity for proper performance.
• Autoclavable/Biohazard/Leakproof† when used with supplied Nalgene^® closure /PTFE FEP.
