General description
B cells are a subset of lymphocytes that are a component of humoral response in adaptive immunity and secrete antibodies. B cells also function as antigen-presenting cells. CD19+ B cells encompass early stages of B cell differentiation. CD19+ B Cells are separated from mononuclear cells via immunomagnetic separation.
Used for a variety of applications, B cells are frequently utilized in drug discovery/development, assay validation/development, and other immunology applications.
