Questions

  1. When using H7033 with a 122-base long oligo as a probe for hybridization, should the DNA hybridization temperature or the high end of the oligonucleotide temperature be used?

    1 answer
    1. Likely temperature needs to be optimized. It is suggested to try a range of temperatures (37, 40, 43) and to adjust stringency conditions if the background is too high.
