General description

Native pyruvate oxidase from Aerococcus viridans. Catalyzes the oxidation of pyruvate to acetylphosphate, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen peroxide in the presence of phosphate.

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 3 months at -20°C.
