Granzyme B Inhibitor IV, The Granzyme B Inhibitor IV controls the biological activity of Granzyme B. This small molecule/inhibitor is primarily used for Cancer applications.
A reversible inhibitor of Granzyme B that also inhibits caspase-8. Granzyme B is a protease involved in the induction of rapid target cell death by cytotoxic lymphocytes.
