The value for C18:2 trans fatty acid can be determined based upon the NIST certificate by subtracting the value for 'Total Trans C18:1 Fatty Acids' from the value for 'Total Trans C18:1 and C18:2 Fatty Acids'. The C18:3 trans fatty acids are not analyzed, as only α-Linolenic Acid is reported and is all-cis. Please note that there is also a value for 'Total Trans Fatty Acids'.
